Support that flexes around real life

From a short daily visit to full nursing-led support, our care is built around each person. Here is how we help — and what each type of care can include.

Personal care

Our carers support the parts of the day that have become harder to manage alone, always at your own pace and never rushed. From a morning wash and getting dressed to help with mobility and continence, the aim is the same: that you feel comfortable, respected and in control in your own home.

  • Bathing, showering and personal hygiene
  • Dressing, grooming and skin care
  • Help moving safely around the home
  • Discreet, respectful continence support
  • Support with eating and staying well-nourished

Medication support

Getting the right medicine at the right time matters. Our carers are trained to prompt and administer medication safely, and every visit is recorded on a medication chart. At our CQC inspection, medicines were found to be well managed, with regular audits and spot checks to catch anything before it becomes a problem.

  • Prompting or administering prescribed medication
  • Medication administration record (MAR) charts kept every visit
  • Ordering and collecting repeat prescriptions
  • Regular medication audits and competency checks

Companionship & social support

Care is not only about tasks. A great deal of what we do is company — a cup of tea and a chat, help staying in touch with family over a video call, or a hand with a hobby that had started to slip. For many people it is the part of the visit they look forward to most.

  • Conversation, company and a friendly check-in
  • Reading, writing and light activities together
  • Hobbies, arts and crafts
  • Video calls with family and friends
  • Social visits to neighbours, clubs and groups

Practical help at home

Staying independent often comes down to the small practical things. We help with the shopping, keep on top of light household tasks and prepare a proper meal, so home stays comfortable and everyday life keeps moving.

  • Shopping for food and essentials
  • Preparing meals and light refreshments
  • Light household tasks and tidying
  • Getting to and from appointments

Respite & flexible cover

Caring for someone you love is a job that never really clocks off. Our respite and flexible visits give family carers room to breathe — whether that is a regular weekly slot, cover during a holiday, or extra support after a spell in hospital.

  • Regular or occasional respite visits
  • Short-term cover during holidays or illness
  • Support returning home after hospital
  • Flexible visit lengths built around the week
