Precious Hope has cared for people at home since 2022. The claims below are not adjectives — they are findings from our regulator and words from the families we look after.
Every carer is DBS-checked before they start and trained in safeguarding, medication and infection control. Our CQC report found staff were recruited safely and knew how to keep people safe.
Visits are monitored electronically, and if a carer is running late you get a call. At our inspection, no one reported a missed visit — the reliability families told the regulator about is the standard we hold.
Care is personal, so continuity matters. We work to send the carers you know and trust, who understand your routine and notice when something is not quite right.
Two local offices and an out-of-hours line mean there is always someone to talk to — for a change of plan, a worry, or simply to check in on how things are going.
Every care plan starts with a conversation. These are the ways our team supports people to keep living life on their own terms.

More about thisQuotes below are published on our website and recorded verbatim in our most recent CQC inspection report — not marketing lines we wrote.
“The care and kindness these people have shown my mum have been absolutely outstanding. We were quite concerned when we realised the level of care she was going to need, but every single one of the carers who have looked after my mum has been amazing. They are kind and considerate and they put us all at ease at a time when everything was very overwhelming for us.”
“They always turn up, and if they are running late for whatever reason we always get a call to let us know.”
“I would definitely recommend this company. They are looking after my relative well, which is the most important thing to me.”
Two offices — Leicester and Northampton — mean our carers are genuinely local to the people they support. If you are just outside these areas, call us anyway; we will always be honest about whether we can help.
