Since 2022, Precious Hope has provided high-quality domiciliary and nursing-led care across Leicester, Leicestershire, Northampton, Rutland and Milton Keynes. Our mission is to provide care that is individually tailored to each person’s needs — never a one-size-fits-all schedule.
We grew quickly because families told other families about us. At our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection, 163 people were receiving personal care from our team — each with a plan shaped around their own routines, wishes and health needs.
We are equally proud of how we look after our carers. The regulator recorded that our staff feel supported, learn continuously, and speak positively about the management team — because well-supported carers deliver better care.
